[gst-devel] write smooth fragment plugin

Hello, i try to write a smooth fragment plugin. 
I'm newbie in gstreamer and finish some examples of plug-in writing.

But i don't want to write a hole file, which contains the media
fragments, else to write the fragments as files. one file per fragment.


strictly i need to be aligned on exactly the same (key-)frame on each
fragment in different scales and disable mbtree option(x264enc).

How can i start? need i to write a own mux element? because fragments
are separated in files for audio and video too...
