[gst-devel] Can rtspsrc change play scale ?

I want to develop a media player which can play the video streaming from a
rtsp server ( for example, Darwin )

I want to implement "fast forward" and "fast Rewind" by send rtsp command to
the rtsp server.
i.e. set "scale" parameter to 2 for 2x fast forward in a rtsp "PLAY"
command.

Can anybody plz give me a hint ?  thanks !!!
