Changes since last pre-release:

gstreamer core:
  - bytewriter: fix declarations for _put_{float32|float64}_*()
  - basesink: fix emergency rendering timestamp tracking 

gst-plugins-base:
  - ogg: fixes for ogg files with skeleton streams
  - playbin2: fix warning if custom text-sink is set

gst-plugins-good:
  - matroskademux: try harder not to send invalid newsegment events
  - matroskademux: don't stop/eos too early if a stop position was set
  - matroskademux: subtitle stream playback/seeking improvements

gst-plugins-ugly:
  - asfdemux: try harder not to set invalid (0) durations on
    outgoing buffers
  - x264enc: rename stream-formart=avc-sample to stream-format=avc

gst-plugins-bad:
  - qtmux, h264parse: rename stream-formart=avc-sample to
    stream-format=avc
  - qtmux: avoid crash when receiving multiple tag events, if
    tags were set via the GstTagSetter interface 
  - assrender: misc. segment/seeking/rendering fixes
