gstwin32io.c and gstwin32spawn.c (and headers) are, AFAIK, part of my
[PATCH] [win32] limited POSIX-compatible native I/O and process spawning.
Neither should be in the tree, and shouldn't be mentioned anywhere in
the tree.
At the moment i think that it is preferable to use GPoll (once it
becomes available), instead of using this patch.

Well, unless i am mistaken and there is another gstwin32io.c that wasn't
created by me.
