[gst-devel] Looping playback of a streamed file.

I have not tried setting it to PAUSED as the objective is to start over from
the beginning of the file.
I am not using playbin, I am using a hand constructed bin with the following
topology:
filesrc -> mpegtsdemux -> mpegtsmux -> bufresize -> udpsink
