[gst-devel] The feature xvimagesink is disable in gst-plugins-base

when I configure gst-plugins-base-0.10.28，the printed message is the same as
SimbadSubZero's posted and more information is below:

checking for Ogg... no

Please help me, and Did SimbadSubZero resolve the problem?
