much thanks for your answer, if i want to get channel name from SDT by
mpegtsdemux plugin,
how do i do it?


Split the TS strea via tee plugins and add the mpegtsparse plugin, ( tee0. !
queue ! mpegtsparse), then check for the 
elements messages on the bus.
