[gst-rtsp-server]compile error: Couldn't find include 'GstRtsp-0.10.gir'

Hi

Thanks, I found the reason: I didn't install
libgstreamer-plugin-base0.10-dev.
After installing, I get file GstRtsp-0.10.gir in folder /usr/share/gir-1.0.
