Decode a chunk using gst

Hi All,

   I have a requirement, in which I should be able to use gstreamer
Audio/Video decoder so that, i just give a buffer of data to the decoder and
get the decoded buffer out of it.

I will explain it a little more, I do not have to create a full pipeline
from src to sink. I have an application which reads the file and then
submits the buffer (in chunks of 1024bytes) to the decoder and wants to get
back the "decoded buffer".

Can someone please help me on this. Any help is appreciated.
