gstreamer - Query regarding compatibility of plugins and gstreamer version.

Hi,

I have a query regarding compatibility of plugins and gstreamer
version.

We have a SDK containing gstreamer and plugins-base of version 0.10.19.
Based on this version, there are some custom pre-built plugins
released in the SDK.
Now I want to build an application using latest decodebin2  (picked from
gst-plugins-base-0.10.32).

Let me know if there would be any version incompatibility issues. Is it
fine to take the decodebin2 from the latest version and package it with
the 0.10.19 base.

How can my application be packaged?

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
