GStreamer + Hauppauge WinTV-HVR1120

Done some more work on this problem.
Installed the latest v4l2 version from git and also installed all 
gstreamer from git but no improvement.

I ran $ gst-launch --gst-debug=v4l2:5 v4l2src device=/dev/video0 !  
video/x-raw-yuv,width=352,height=288 ! autovideosink 2>log

The log is in annex. What I understand from this log is that there are 
lots of supported pixel formats but no frame size... How can I solve 
this problem?
