What does GST_PLUGIN_PATH and PATH look like when executing in the batch
file? Make sure you're not using msys-style paths (e.g. /c/Users/ ...).
Also, check your config.h headers for gstreamer, gst-plugins-base, etc. and
double check that an absolute msys-style path wasn't created as the default
path to use in any of those modules.
