ffdec_h264

Hello friends,
I am quite new with Gstreamer.

I am getting an error : ffdec_h264 missing when I am trying to run a
pipeline top play a h264 file.Can anyone please help me out?
Same is the problem with ffdec_mpeg4.

Do I need to recreate cs.x64p file.If yes,then please tell how?
