update of PIPELINE Duration for DVB Streams

Hi,

could you please create another mail for your specific problem?

if subjects are mixed, it's not so easy to answer.

For your problem, i don't use gstreamer for dvb tuning, i can't answer.
but tuning channels, if you have a good scan is not realy hard.
