[GST-DEVEL][SPAM (Keyword)] - Cross compiling gst-plugins-base-0.10.35

Thanks, unfortunately I've had MORE trouble trying to compile the TI
gstreamer, plus it is an older version that doesn't support MOV streamable
proprerty, which I need.
