rtpbin && h323 problem

case I'm a new gstreamer coder. i got some problem when i deel with the
program which based on h323 protocol and gstreamer on linux.

what's my problem is :when I use gstrtpbin,I got confused when i want to
sync the video and audio stream

i read the document but something can't understand.

i.e  the session num, whether to set video and audio to the same session num
is enough

if i want to send the two streams  on two different function, does it work?
