Examplefiles from the Gstreamer Plugins Writers Guide

Hello,

after some experience with building Gstreamer-Applications, I want now 
to build my own Gst-Plugin / Gst-Element. While reading the tutorial, 
I'm wondering where I can find the source code to the example. Can 
someone give me a hint, please. Where can I find the folder 
'examples/pwg/examplefilter' ?

I want to realize a video converter. Is there a Gst-Element, where I can 
have a look (for inspiration).
