Thanks for the support
i was able to compile it with mingw on windows.. and it seems to be working
now..
what i done was:
install the missing elements like bison,flex,cmake etc..
then using the commad prompt provide by qt(installed directelly) i added
this elements to the path.
then i compile the automoc. only one error present (solution is to comment
two lines that give error at the chwchar file)
afterward compile qtgstreamer.
and now it seems that everything is working..

if some error appear i will report it.
