Encoding profile creation

Hi,
I wanted to use encoderbin element so that it automatically use mine muxer
plugin. But at time of launching it requires gstencoding profile for its
launching,
I have searched a lot that how can i create a encoding profile to be used
along with encoderbin element but couldn't find any direct example.
I want to make encoding profile for mine muxer plugin.
