Testing gstreamer plugin in gstreamer environment

Hi stefan,
I have clone the git  repo for gst-qa-system and will look upon it to have
mine plugin tested with it.
And yes, as you said i have made a shell script which will launch mine
plugin with all available test file(of supported codec) to mine muxer
plugin and will test the output files generated by it.
