chainging udpsink host property in RTP server

Hello all ,
I have a pipeline like this one

my C application.

Now I'd like to change the udpsink "host" property of all the 4 flows (audio
rtp, audio rtcp, video rtp and video rtcp).

What is the better way to proceed? is it possible to do it without stopping
the pipeline?

using g_object_set in playing state doesn't work.
