[gst-devel] How to add a complicate property to an element

You aren't adding properties to v4l2src, they already exist in the element
and you are just setting values into them.  See gst-inspect v4l2src for
details.

You'd need a rewritten version of your element if you need your property to
be settable and to have it actually do something.
