[gst-devel] Changing the x264 encoding properties in real-time

Hi all,

I'd like to change the properties of x264 encoding in execution time. The
propertie that I'd change is the I-frame frequency. The criteria of
changing is the information about jitter and packet loss obtained by RTP.
Theses information I already have, but I'm having difficulties in
changing the I-frame frequency on the encoder. Any tips? I'm implementing in
C.
