Decoder sends failure message or not?

Hi All,

I have a question here to be answered, in Gstreamer, do the decoder pushes
some kind of message onto the bus, if it couldn't decode the given data for
some reason?

Or is there any other way to know whether the decoder could do it
successfully or not?

I want to know this, cause, I am doing a gst_app_sink_pull_buffer on the end
of decoder, and it is an ever blocking call.

Any help is appreciated.
