gstreamer support external .sub .ssa subtitle

Hi All

   Does gstreamer support the external .sub/.ssa formate subtitle?
   I found that only internal subtitle(srt,sub,ssa)in the container
works well in gstreamer.

  Is there any exist plugin?
  and can anybody give me a hint how to solve the external
subtile(sub/ssa)?
