How to add elements to running pipeline

Hello,
I need to test preview+capture use case using omx_camera. I am able to run
preview with omx_camera->fillter->v4l2sink pipeline, For img capturing, I
need to use 'imgsrc' pad of omx_camera with queue->filesink. How to add
queue & filesink to already running preview pipeline.? Please help..
