Patch in bugzilla which can't be reviewed for a long time

Hello,
some time ago I've uploaded my patch concerning analog radio GStreamer
element to bugzilla here:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=640118. It hasn't been even
reviewed for more than 6 week already. The bug report and any
reminding comments and posts are also simply unanswered.
So, could my patch ever be reviewed? It's quite difficult to know
what's wrong without even an answer.
