Element compiled for arm architecture not registering

Aki,
it is still not working,
This is the msg when i try with --gst-plugin-path::

 GStreamer-WARNING **: Failed to load plugin ' PATH
/gstreamer-0.10/libgstplugin.so': PATH/libgstplugin.so: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory
