Getting Error while using element ffdec_flv

Hi All,

While using the ffdec_flv element in my pipeline i am getting following
error:

*ffdec_flv: input format was not set before data start*.

I am getting the flv1 (Sorneson H263) data over udp, decoding it using
ffdec_flv element, encoding it in h264 format and finally saving it into 3gp
file.
Please help me by telling how to perform above given task.
