Pipeline is not working all the time

Hi All,

I have pipeline that is receiving RTP data from network and dumping into
file after doing the depacketization for audio/video packets.
This pipeline works fine most of the time. But when pipeline is not getting
either video or audio RTP data from network then it is not dumping the
received data into file.
This is what i do not need. I need my pipeline to dump data into file even
one of the (either audio or video) stream is not coming from network.
Please help me by telling how to force pipeline to not to wait for all the
streams?
