264 Decode Problem -- Failed to create video decoder: h264enc

Hi All,I recently installed gstreamer on my DM6446 board. After installation, i run the example provided by the TI. I met a problem.Here it is:<snip>$ gst-launch --gst-debug-level=1 -v filesrc location=/root/media_file/davincieffect_pal.264 ! TIViddec2 codecName=h264enc engineName=decode ! TIDmaiVideoSink videoStd=D1_NTSC videoOutput=composite sync=falseSetting pipeline to PAUSED ...Pipeline is PREROLLING ...gst-launch-0.10: BufTab.c:440: BufTab_getNumBufs: Assertion `hBufTab' failed.ERROR: from element /GstPipeline:pipeline0/GstTIViddec2:tividdec20: failed to create video decoder: h264enc

Did anyone meet the same problem like me? I would really appreciate if someone could tell me the possible reason of this problem.
