Hi Levi!

If I remember right we had the same issue, wich has been solved by the fix of the rtsp library in plugins-base (see my first email). The things we've changed have been submitted in the bugreports that I sent you. So try the changes in the rtsp library- I will double check if we did more modifications.

Sorry I sent that last email to soon. So I am using a modified OSSBuild but I am using the latest version of gst-rtsp-server source code. I will have not upgraded gstnetbuffer or any other lib so I might try to do that. My issue is I see the initial connection on the server from the rtspsrc that I am trying to test with but after a short amount of time the rtspsrc throws an error saying that it timed out receiving from the server. When I try to connect with vlc I get an unable to open mrl error. I figured it had something to do with the socket connections on Windows. I just have to find out where.
I will keep looking.
