Unable to play mpeg video using gst-launch

Hello Sudarshan,
Thanks a lot, I will try that also. 
But can you tell me if it is possible to create a pipeline using mpeg2demux
and mpeg2dec for playing mpeg file, apart from using playbin?
I think for a simple mpeg file playback I don't need to set caps filter.
