GST_PLAY_FLAG_DOWNLOAD quality.

Hi Guys,

I'd love to use playbin2 flags=GST_PLAY_FLAG_DOWNLOAD, but the quality of
the output is not very high.  I want to use it to record off a camera,  and
it looks much easier than any other route.

Is there any way I can specify the caps components, encoder and container,
apart from writing my own pipeline?
