Gstreamer differents between windows and Linux

Hi guys:
Another question about different platform.
I used gst_bus_add_watch() to add a bus_call function as handler for the
messages on the bus
It works fine on Linux but on Windows, I can't receive the signal from
element who send to bus
Is there other method for windows ?

by the way, why does it look like there few guys do gstreamer on Windows?
