SRTP support

Hi,

afaik SRTP is not going to be supported by mainstream GStreamer, at
least not in the short term. You can find some ideas about supporting
it in Farsight2:

As it turns out, I found nothing about it in the Farsight2 sources.
Maybe somebody here in the list has a secret branch with developments
in that sense.

Imo it should be relatively simple to add packet-processing SRTP [1]
support as a payloader/depayloader pair. The signaling phase, at least
for what is pertinent to SDP [2], could be easily added to the very
flexible SDP framework GStreamer already provides.

[1] RFC3711: not sure it hasn't been obsoleted. It appears quite old
and some references are still wip there.
[2] RFC4567: one of the wip references of above..
