How to stream still images?

Hi everyone,

I have been trying to stream still images but I could not get it works. I
tried this:

server
gst-launch v4l2src device=/dev/video1 ! udpsink host=127.0.0.1 port=8899

client
gst-launch udpsrc multicast-group=127.0.0.1 port=8899 ! ffmpegcolorspace !
pngenc ! filesink location=test.png


any suggestions.....
