I am very interested in this as well, but inspecting mpegtsmux leads me
to believe that it is not possible:

  SINK template: 'sink_%d'
    Capabilities:
      video/mpeg
      video/x-dirac
      video/x-h264
      audio/mpeg
      audio/mpeg
      audio/x-lpcm
      audio/x-ac3
      audio/x-dts

No private data types here.
