Chain element with multiple outputs

So having two gst_pad_push functions is enough?

How would I use the plugin?
Here gst_template would have two sinks:

gst-launch -v -m fakesrc ! gst_template.sink1 ! fakesink !
gst_template.sink2 ! fakesink 

Would this be correct?
