Problem with scaletempo

Hi,
So i try to test demo of scaletempo and implement that in my app but in both
cases i get this error:

CRITICAL**: file ..\..\..\Source\gstreamer\gst\gstevent.c:
line 609: assertion 'start <= stop' failed

CRITICAL**: file ..\..\..\Source\gstreamer\gst\gstpad.c:
line 4840: assertion 'event != NULL' failed

Is there a simple solution for that? I do not get this error when i watch
movie, but when i listen .mp3 i do.
