Hi

You haven't decoder  for mpeg4 video...
Can you install this package :
gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg
It should be solved your probleme.

If it dosen't work, send me traces of :
>gst-inspect | grep mpeg4 | grep decoder
and trace of
>ls /usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/
