The configure script seems to include /linux/videodev.h to check for
VID_TYPE_MPEG_ENCODER (= 2048). However, I don't have that file installed.
Instead I have videodev2.h which does define VID_TYPE_MPEG_ENCODER. Is this
an error in the script or should I also find and install videodev.h?
