Announcing stb-tester: A video-capture automated testing tool

stb-tester is an open-source system for automated black-box testing of
set-top boxes and similar devices, built on top of GStreamer and OpenCV.

stb-tester is a simple Unixy command-line program that can record a test
case and play it back, returning an exit status of success or failure.
