Plugins were not ported [1]. In this context porting is from
gstreamer-0.10 to gstreamer-1.0.
To fix this you have to port each plugin in the list (or just the ones
you want).
If you can't do that yourself, wait for someone to do that, or hire
someone to do that.

This might be a bug with some plugins (i.e. they have been ported, but
the list in configure.ac was not updated accordingly), though that is
highly unlikely.
