Support for Microsoft Smooth Streaming Protocol

Hi,

Does GStreamer currently have support for this?

Spec: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff469518.aspx

As I understand it, the .ismv files carrying the video fragments are just
.mp4 by another name, so presumably qtdemux can handle those already, but I
can't see support for processing the manifest files (example file:
http://alexzambelli.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/NBA.ismc), in a similar
manner to hlsdemux.
