Appsrc plugin is not registered on embedded platform

Hi Kris,

This is what I'm passing to gcc:

$(pkg-config --cflags --libs gstreamer-0.10 gstreamer-app-0.10)
-lgstapp-0.10  -lgstinterfaces-0.10

Is there a configuration option for seting up the PKG_CONFIG_PATH ?
