Problem while streming MPEG1 Video

I am using windows OS and Gstreamer version 10.32.

i want to stream a MPEG1  video file using RTP over UDP. I don,t have the
pipeline as I am not able to get any packetizer for MPEG1 . Can I use the
packetizer for MPEG2 for MPEG1 streams as well?
