qtdemux: commit a88caf84b4c86ee77edc444d7376ed96e87164b4 missing from 1.0.4 release

It appears that the changes from the commit on 2012-10-25 19:18:50 with
this comment: "qtdemux: read video format header fully (so we can find
'pasp' atoms) for more fourccs" is missing from the 1.0.4 release.

Is this on purpose?  If so, why?  And if not, who should I contact about
getting the changes included in the next release?
