gnlfilesource problem under windows

It is not only gnlfilesource that requires the uri in that format, all
gstreamer elements accepting an uri require this format. I think it would
be a good idea to add a sentence to the main GStreamer documentation that
the uri in Windows must look like "file:///C:\\temp\\testvid.ogv". When I
was starting my journey with GStreamer I discovered that format by trial and
error, I couldn't google it anywhere.
