h.264 encoding using x264 and file writing to local disk

Hello,

I have the same problem.
I try what is in the x264enc documentation :
gst-launch -v videotestsrc num-buffers=1000 ! x264enc qp-min=18 ! \
  avimux ! filesink location=videotestsrc.avi

and I get the following :
